Not exactly. Boats are sold under a multi listing so any boat listed by any broker can be sold by any other broker. You find a broker you like, if he or she does a good job they can sell you any... |

It was 30 years ago but when I was a broker in Ft Lauderdale commissions were always based on the selling price. Perhaps that has changed but I'll wager contracts specifying commission based on... |

As everyone else said doing this would be, to put it politely, morally questionable. It would also violate the contract between the seller and the broker and would certainly expose the seller... |
