It's like in real estate: Location, location, location.

If you're doing the US, likely you'll see the xfinity SSID frequently. As much penetration as they have, you shouldn't have a big deal...

If you owned the boat for more than 6 months, in the states, before you brought it to FL, the tax issue is moot. Ownership outside the states suspends the 'tolling' of ownership time, so if you just...
