dneve, We did use 5200 years ago to bond a Herculon [heavy weight pvc with a dacron scrim] bottom onto a torn hypalon bottom. The only problem was that it took a week to reach full strength,... |

Okay, an 8 or 9 foot dinghy is very small. For stability, the inflatable will do you best. PVC depends entirely on the quality how well it will last. Contact some repair shops and talk with... |
