FM/CWI uses pulse compression to create signal processing gain, high range resolution and excellent separation of clutter types. That's how it done with low peak power....

Folks, you need to be checking out the tremendously simple and effective operation of the 3G and BR24 broadband radars from Lowrance and Simrad, both Navico companies.

Very high range resolution...
