Still not sure what you are asking. In general, the standing wave will be sensitive to frequency. Antennas have different VSWR at different frequencies.

VSWR should not be sensitive to power....

I would offer 3 possibilities as follows:

1) The DC wiring is either inadequate or has developed some high resistance due to corrosion or poor crimp.

2) The antenna and/or coax to the ICOM has...
