If you know the bottom and have been there when the wind was 35 knots and held, then being there again at 15 knots and knowing the wind will drop in a few hours is not complacency ............. ... |

If you stay on the boat a couple weeks without going home to your bed, you would begin to sleep well. Think of a situation that is similar. Military boot camp comes to mind where you are... |
