That's good to hear. I am usually a do-it-yourselfer and certainly have the time. I plan to meet the panama canal authority once I've got all my pepers and schedule a start two weeks ahead of time....

Any recommendations for agents to assist westward through the canal? I have one agent quoting me roughly $500.00 which seems a little high for what they do.
