Yes, that is the problem with mine as well, the lines stop at the bow 'stem' and also stop at the waterline. you can see that on the pictures. |

sounds like a real PITA. However, since the hull surface is broken up by the lines, I suppose a few errors will not show as much as if it was one big flat surface. Anything will be better that the... |

Painting simulated lapstrake hull?
I have a taiwan built boat with grooves in the hull to simulate the look of lapstrake. Painting it may be a problem, I was thinking of roll and tip, but I would need a brush to get in the grooves.... |
