How hard is it to obtain all the necessary parts to repair/keep a live and or rebuild a perkins 4-108? Is everything still avail? I have found a few...

At work we have 3 and 4 cyl kubota based marine gensets....last one we swapped out had 31,000+hrs with nothing more than oil, fuel filter, a few alternators... was changed because of oil...
