Think I found your problem: the manufacturer is Yltec.
https://yltec.net/files/DOC_BEQUILLES_D38_D50_D70_web.pdf They fit to horizontal fittings as you say, and are adjustable. Hope this helps.

I looked up Ltec, in Colmar, France. They make electronic components for industrial applications. That may be why they aren't able to help you. Boat-legs are not in their inventory. If you look for...
