I agree. It would be foolish of me to think I would receive more than the replacement cost would be.
I fantasize they will pay $25,000.. So I can at least get as close to an exact replacement as...

My 35' Alberg was hit by a 46 ton trawler while moored in the marina.
I am currently uninsured and they are covered by Pantaneus.
