Yes, It's correct.
I delete "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\opencpn" directory, uninstall opencpn and re-install.
All's ok.

Same problem (Crash)

I have the same problem. I update my OpenCPN 1.3.x.
No problem with the setup (uninstall 1.3.x and install 2.3.0) on win xp sp3.
I download Détails du téléchargement : Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1...
