it seem's that it depend of many paramèters.
I have test with some PC and i have not this problem.
Can tel me which display resolution you have
which police...

and with no bug with the speedo coefficient .

in wait, you can also if you want
open the file "confcoefspeedo" with the blocnote and put 1 and save.
This file is in C:\programmes\polauto\config

Hello IndigoJon,
i find a bug in the new version 5.12
It's impossible to change the coefficient for the speedo and purhaps it's under 1 for you. (look at the picture join )

Dear Rick,
Yes now you can read a NMEA file with Polauto.
You go in "Conf" and click on "read" and then if you want to stop reading, you go in "Conf" and you click on "Stop".

If some english sailors are interest with this software i can try to do an english version.
but as you see my english is not very good !!
