Exactly yes. Even smart casual thing will be often associated with higher heels for women. Not stilettos, by also not flat shoes :)

I bet while cruising the West Med. Lady would have from time to time the opportuninty to wear high heeled sandals or shoes for nice dinner ashore. Not only in Cannes or Portofino :D
