In the photo the hull color (below waterline) and condition appears similar.

And it has crime scene tape around it.

Certainly appears to be an older 25 foot MacGregor. From 1975 to 85 they looked pretty much the same. The newer 26 foot models have a more modern salon window layout.

Not trying to defend the design, I think it is substandard.

But it is light on the trailer so can be towed by most autos. I think it's less than a ton when dry.

In the video it is turtled and floating and doesn't appear to be going down.
