Cheapest way back other than catching a ride with a private plane is: Twin Air Calypso, based out of FLL.

There is no ferry from GTC to MH. It is much easier to get to GTC airport from a boat. You can anchor outside the ferry harbour and dinghy in. Then it is a $10 cab ride or a 15" walk to the...
