I agree with SpiritofGlenans.:thumb: They're there to help the anchor sit flat on the bottom so it digs in better, & they also limit damage to toes, deck & hull. They won't significantly inhibit the... |

Can you attach a different picture, something with more frames of reference & less clutter? I can identify a grab rail (? presumably on your deck), a ball (attached to ??), a shaft with some bungee... |
