I'm still not accustomed to the ignorance of people, having led a sheltered life. I would hope that an organization offering the use of boats to the general public would show better judgment.

"Single-hull motorboats less than 20 feet in length which are manufactured after 1972 must display capacity and safe horsepower information. ...
