What exactly did you download? For several years this plugin is distributed in form of an installer package you have to run, you do not have to copy anything anywhere manually.

Yes, I know about it. The NADI data should basically give you the same info as https://www.met.gov.fj/aouth_west_pacific_marine.php for the same time.

Thanks, can reproduce the problem with your data - there are several tropical systems, but the plugin does not recognize where one ends and the other begins, hopefully an easy fix.

Yes, the reason is obvious - both Nadi and the Brazilians use the octant position format (marked by 33388 in the dataset header) while NOAA uses the half-degree northern-hemisphere...
