I bought the Iridium Go with the Predict Wind package a few weeks ago. Here's what I found so far....

I had thought of trying Iridium Go but the slow speed scared me off. I decided to go with the Sirius weather instead. So far I'm pleased with it although the documentation is really thin.

Simon...The Iridium Go works with an app called Predict Wind.

Their web site says it will connect to smartphones, tablets AND laptops. The only downside I see is the slow speeds but that is to be upgraded in time.
