Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
I got my 8 700 aH cells (originally ordered 8 400 aH) for $150 shipping to Washington State. The original shipping quote was a lot more. I forget how much it was, but we asked, "We're not in a... |

Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
I DO run a water heater on a 200 aH Li bank. About 20 minutes a day to get 140 F., and 320 watts of solar makes up for it by the end of the day. Aerogel insulation re wrap of the tank and scratch... |

Imho, Soon to become the equivalent of a Buggy Whip Dealer. And Lloyd seems to conveniently leave out the Peukert Exponent differences between LiFePo4 and FLA in his bean counting.... |

Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
LOL ! I would, but the inverter is only 2500 watts/120 VAC. It will run most of the house (not the 240 VAC hot water tank or clothes dryer) Stove is gas cooktop and 240 VAC oven element. |

Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
Although I've had some great experience with our 200 aH bank in the boat, I have yet to put my new 24 volt 700 aH bank to the test. After top balancing them, I installed a Clean Power Auto BMS just... |

Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
I wonder how long this thread will last before getting closed down because it's "not fair to Lead Acid batteries". |

Re: A poll Happy with LiFe (PO4)?
Another VERY happy camper here. 200 aH @ 12 volts on the boat. 700 aH @ 24 volts in the house's emergency / solar grid tie backup system. |
