Build 0.5 display of IAC_NOAA_A_2015-5-3_9-35 checks perfect with UKMO weatherchart at 06 UTC today (displayed with Weatherfax 1.3 plugin, from a manually set gif image)

PS For the record, the NOAA fleetcode chart is based on the latest UKMO (Braknell) weather chart
If I am not mistaken, the "multi-position trough pressure...

Comparing with Zygrib display, a few snags seem around
- The thalwegs (dashed lines on Zygrib) are missing. Confusion with throughs T ?

Did you investigate why the NOAA files do not show using your latest dll (see #7 and #20 on this thread) ?

In case there is no answer from the designer, here is the .dll (remove .doc)
(with today's data (remove .doc) and screenshot from O3.3.1303
