Yeah... I'd be really uncomfortable to be right out of the property market. Selling the house made sense because it frees up capital and enables us to go sailing. We don't think we'd ever want to...

LOL... Well, we did it the other way. Took nearly a year to sell the house, now we're renting while we sell the business. An interested buyer is asking all the right questions... ...
