I do not use any block. I use a separate fitting some 4 inches below the bobstay fitting. I like the idea of leading the snubber from bowsprit's end too - it is further fore and thus may limit the... |

+1 Off course. Not a part of the bobstay fitting; a separate eye, backed, in strong SS like material. b. |

Nay. You have to add an eye fitting below the bobstay fitting and run the anchor snubber via there. And this solves all issues that you have created by adding that romantic thing called bowsprit.... |
