I agree, the Blue Sky option is a good one, especially if one isn't comfortable with Outback not supporting wind turbines, even though their MPPT chargers with a Mate will work with turbines. The...

There are few charge controllers that can handle wind and solar. Outback makes a good one that can do both, albeit a wee pricey. You might find one here, wholesalesolar.com
