Sorry, just re-read that you can't get mail at your marina. I think that is going to be more work.

Check your county website for how they handle this. In mine, I would need a Florida DL or ID...

I don't believe the DMV or voter reg will accept a P.O. Box as an address. You only have one residence, which is where you can vote. This was a post 9/11 thing, and it has gotten quite a bit tighter....
