I'm confused here, as usual. PLASMA spraying involves basically trickling metal DUST into an acetylene torch flame, turning the metal dust into metal plasma, which then condenses and forms new metal... |

"no VOCs" That's probably the crux of it. Instead of using some kind of "plastic" (i.e. latex) binder that water-evaporates and leaves the copper content painted on the hull, they are doing plasma... |
