If I held my wealth in the Stock Market (which I don't) I would seriously be looking at liquidating at least 50% and holding some Cash while buying Gold and a little Bitcoin.

... but 99% of investors steer clear of "safe" asset classes like precious metals, Crypto-currencies, fine art, etc, for the simple reason that they don't produce any income.

The QE after 2008 staved off the inevitable cleansing that's needed, that is a given, however the FED now realizes that they are incapable of unwinding what they have done.

Markets rise because of increased investment = more MONEY coming from somewhere.
Its either coming out of mattresses, from overseas, other sectors (bonds for instance) or it's newly printed......

The FEDS will simply print trillions more and pay you your SS... it just won't buy as much when they do that as it would today.
