Yes, they will, but it'll add a fair bit to the cost to fly them in and out.

Was it mandatory to haul out and clean off, or was that because you didn’t have documentation that it was done in the last 30 days? Asking out of interest for returning. Theoretically you can clear...

You can apply with 10 days notice to clear in at another port. No mention of availability or costs though

Interestingly, the mpi website states (May 2018) that the four are Opua, Whangarei, Auckland, and Nelson. They’re the ones who handle bio security. So someone needs to make up their mind.

Well that is a surprise. I can see why they have those, but it’s surprising that Tauranga is missing as it’s a major international port. And as you say, Nelson would be handy for Aussies.
