AIS is also fun.
When having kids on board, they can play "guess the length" or speed of a ship.
Like said, as navigational aids it should be used with caution.
I saw freighters with the AIS Info...

In some countries if your has to have a DCS-Radio it might not be legal to use a splitter.
I just ordered the EASY-AIS and splitter :-)
