Their marketing says different. Try to find Yanmar parts in New Zealand or Tahiti. You will be spending a lot of money on air freight. |

My reason was that the old one (Perkins 4-108) was leaking oil from the main seal due to blowby and it needed a rebuild. Rebuilds are a crapshoot. You will not know the actual cost until it is... |
