IF you had a good flow before this event then, it is something you did or perhaps, the pump was ruined because of the event.
When you pull the hose off the hull valve, you get a good flow?

A lot of problems would be eliminated if there was an easy way to install a water flow meter and temp meter for the ME and Gen.

Not too long ago, I had trouble with my A/C SW pump. I back flushed from the sea strainer.... it would run for a few minutes then error out with HP.

Checking water from the exhaust is difficult since most boat builder are now using the "quiet exhaust" option, discharging below the water line.
