Just for fun, I did a little Google search of disease and seawater.

Multiple cholera outbreaks from eating raw shellfish.
Many scholarly papers discussing many diseases that can be passed...

I'm assuming you are smart enough to know that fish do not carry human pathogens. Neither do cattle. The Old Testament truth that human waste is different than animal waste seems to be lost on many....
