So, this (and some others I've seen) take the output from a sensor and convert it go on the N2K? So I'll need to purchase a level sensor (if mine isn't working).

The OEM water tank level sensors are no longer working. I'm not sure if it's the level sensors in the tank(s), cabling, or the gauges (old analog).

I extended my NMEA 2000 backbone to the vicinity...
