One question.

Where are you connected to for 12 volts? Wallas always starts better if wired directly to the battery with a fuse instead of wiring to the main panel. If the harness isn't long...

After 3 failed starts a Wallas will lock out. This prevents too much fuel buildup in the burner pot.

Remove the positive wire for a few minutes to reset.

The pumps are self priming.
