^^x2 Also just because you’re ‘pre-approved’ for the funds doesn’t mean you’re approved to buy a high risk or overvalued asset. Banks don’t want you to default, they want their interest payments. |

This is over a 6k deposit not 600K. His liability stops at 6k unless he signs for acceptance then refuses to close. At that point the seller could file for an injunction and force the sale in full.... |
