So lordGord---if winds are declining due to CO2 why are the "believers" yelling about all the hurricanes caused by CO??? Something is not jiving.

Help me out here follks. I want to know who and how and where the atmosphere was "sampled " accurately for CO2 levels 200 years ago??? That be 1819.
