The smaller B&G units sometimes have more integrated modules then the larger ones. For instance the Touch 7 & 8 has internal echosounder modul, but not the T12, and the Vulcan has integrated WIFI... |

Sounds like the plotter was not set up properly, neither with the radar configured nor any sea chart installed, you can not blame the plotter for that. |

Hi and thanks for answering, I have been using an iPad lately, which I believe is about 8 inches, and I would prefere having a bigger display navigating maps. I guess the split screen also benifits... |
