OK, here is a update on all the info about the vests that I got off a hidden ID tag.

The official model number is "Adult 1-38"

The CO2 cylinder is a 1-38-A (the A for adult) and it is a 38-gram...

Hi - when I bought these, there was no inshore/offshore designation (as I remember).
