Think of the hull deck flange as a web and beam. Realize a cored panel will be 10 ~20 times as stiff as a solid glass panel. A boat with higher scantlings will have stiffer hulls with robust... |

Simply put, scantlings....... There are functional diferences in hull custruction and layup, hull to deck flanges, attachment methodology, rudders, gear, rigging, bulkhead attachments... those... |
