Serge sent me a private reply with the info on how to get 3.3.2222 beta. I downloaded it and the upgrade kept all my existing waypoints and routes, and Route Manager now loads in sub-second times. ...

Thanks, Serge! I take it from what you say that the fix won't be in beta 3.3.2222 and I need to wait for 3.4. Is that right?

Hey Serge, thanks for the quick reply.

I tried the steps outlined in the thread you referred to as directed:

1. Exit OpenCPN
2. Rename file navobj.xml to navobj.bak
3. Start OpenCPN
4. Close...
