I tried it again and the message says,"the item you've requested is not currently available in the U. S. store". Has any one else run into this?

Need help. When I first connect to Cruisers Forum with my Ipad, I get the pop up asking if I want the app for it. I answer yes and try to download the app, only to be told it is not available for...
