+1 I have found I much prefer using the heat shrink connectors. I just ordered a single crimper. It's much easier buying the heat shrink connectors, rather than adding the heat shrink tubing.

The double crimper has 2 different size crimping surfaces. The narrower one is for the part of the terminal where the bare wire is, the bigger part crimps the end of the connector against the wire...

Love mine, been using it for years. I have been thinking of getting their single crimper, though. I think the single crimper would work better on heat shrink connectors.
