Zeehag, my anchor light was an 1156 or similar base. I replaced it with a multi led bulb off of eBay with the same base. It's much brighter than the old bulb, and I've used it for probably 30... |

So it sounds like pwm is the issue, and the cheap ones don't use pwm. If my fixture is at 9v, I've got bigger issues than the led not lighting. Likewise for anything over 14.5v. What am I missing? ... |

Mrlee, one was mr16, most were g4 - I think. 2 pins, that slipped right in to my old fixtures. The leds were encapsulated in silicone or similar rubbery 'lens'. Very happy, very low cost,... |

I bought 40 12v 2 pin leds from eBay for under $1 each. All Worked like a champ. You can get warm white or cool white. Each fixture of mine has 2 lamps, so low been is warm white, and the higher... |
