You're right, I stand corrected I forgot they switched the metric of importance on us from number of cases to number of hospitalizations.

I think there are 2 primary things the govt can do.

1. at the federal level, actually pay their fair share of healthcare costs. My understanding (and this information is now 6 years old) ...
