My guess would be that they want to be sure that you at least have SOME plan. That is, it's not about the specifics of your plan, it's about forcing you to think about what you might do.

As an aside, for anyone considering filing a lawsuit for almost any reason, I would suggest reading the book "Bleak House," by Charles Dickens. A classic of English literature, and a darned good...

You need to talk to an attorney, not a bunch of strangers on an internet forum. If the attorney thinks you have a good case, they will probably take it on spec, for a percentage. If they insist that...
