I am reluctant to remove the propane setup that I have even though I use induction. It covers eventualities should untoward things happen. A handmade wooden cover over the hob hides the propane... |

My power rating here in Europe is 230v. I seem to get better usage than 110V from the Honda 2K generator. Also, on a minuscule amount of fuel, I can run for 4-5 hours. I have a soft start adaptor... |

For me, all these things are wonderful. As a person who is not a lover of stews and the like, I prefer to have my food as I would at home. So fried stuff, oven stuff etc... My Instant pot will... |

With the right low power electric kitchen appliances, and judicial timings, a kitchen can be run on a 2k Honda generator if needed... Seriously impressed with the new induction cooktops. |

I use this for constant boiled water. Low wattage 670W and reboils when gets below 90C. (220v) They make a 110v. (bigger units available) Approx every 3 hours for 1.5 mins. I use a Clever... |
