Or even like trying to get to a reasonable destination on the Chesapeake in the summer when the breeze doesn’t materialize? 30nm at 7 kts can’t be done with any reasonable array Mike |

That’s why. key is to do it sooner than later. I was 2K into old engine when I decided so could have been worse |

I repowered to replace a 30 year old 3600 rpm 44 hp with a beta 50. Cruise at 1800rpm is much quieter and relaxed. Exhaust much cleaner. So the old engine ran ok but the new one is a true enhancement |
