I don't use the induction plate exclusively, also have a three ring propane stove and oven. Plus a microwave and multi-cooker. :biggrin:

(and 1000Ah of AGM with 800W of solar )

FWIW, I can't use the 20000W of my induction plate for anything other than boiling water quickly. Cooking steaks, I have it around 1000-1200W max. For frying eggs, bacon etc and stir fries, it's...
