Most guidelines say that limiting it to one standard drink an hour keeps the average adult male under the .05.

A can/stubbie of mid-strength beer is about 1 standard drink.

Skippers, especially unqualified recreational ones, have never been "the Law" on their own boats in territorial waters.

It varies. Even in Australia the laws are different in each state - but you are correct for Queensland.
